• To prepare all walls and flooring ready for works.
• Supply and install new stud and glass partitioning to create new office rooms.
• Make good and paint ceilings and walls to all rooms.
• Supply and install new underlay and carpet/vinyl where appropriate.
• Install new office/kitchen furniture including desks, blinds, electrical appliances etc.
• Re-run cabling to accommodate new electrical equipment and test.
