The Brief –
Complete 2 storey office refurbishment.

Our client was moving to larger premises and required their new offices fully refurbished, upgraded and ready to receive all existing data and communication cabling a seamless transition was imperative due to the nature of our clients business.

The Solution –
A full strip out commenced including Partitioning, toilets, furniture, carpet, ceiling tiles, etc
Full electrical upgrade was necessary including Emergency Lighting, PIR / LED Lighting, power points integrated at ground level.

• Complex IT Move from previous unit with seamless transition.
• Full Plumbing upgrade.
• Detailed Air conditioning survey given with all existing units replaced or relocated.
• New Coffee room and Kitchen created.
• Installation of new 60 minute fire rated suspended ceiling.
• Supply and fit of quality carpet tile. Finished with Black laminated skirting.
• Full site clean and upon completion of works and handed over to happy client!
