The Brief –
Upon signing a new lease, our client required peace of mind that his thriving business would not be affected by their ever deteriorating roof above.
Our client was insistent that there should be minimal disruption to their day to day business.
The Solution –
With 900m2 of roof to renew, whilst working around a very busy business we took time to understand the clients business. We then carefully planned and staged scaffolding and works for minimal disruption and continuation of business without compromising Health and Safety of staff, public or our labour.
Removed the existing membrane and installed new insulated BUR Felt Roofing system guaranteed for 20 years.
Our client now enjoys the benefits of a leak free roof and warm building with added peace of mind that his roof is guaranteed for the next 20 years with greatly reduced maintenance costs for many years to come
