The Brief:
Flat roof / Balcony was leaking to multiple areas beneath top floor flat. Existing Asphalt was failing at upstands and details.
The Solution:
Remove existing Asbestos floor tiles, remove and reinstate failed Asphalt upstands, warm and smooth asphalt to field area, install new IKO FCS liquid waterproofing system. Upon completion an electronic leak detection survey was carried out and with a clean report Promenade tiles were installed. The whole system was delivered with minimum disruption to the very understanding residents and a 20 year Warranty issued on completion.
