Training Room
The Brief –
With only 5 days notice and a deadline of just 3 weeks we were instructed to create a bespoke training area for our client.
Within just a 48 hour window we were to relocate 50 members of staff, their desks, computers and all personal belongings and clear 800m2 of working office space.
Once clear our client required a bespoke training area incorporating 2no contained training rooms, 4no offices and break out area, utilizing both solid wall and Glass wall partitioning.
All the Electrical points and Air conditioning units were repositioned to accommodate new working areas.
All walls were colour coded to match clients corporate identity.
New Carpet tiles installed to offices and training rooms, new vinyl flooring installed to breakout area.
The Solution –
We worked both days and nights to minimize any disruption to our clients very busy Head Quarters and to achieve the tight deadline set.
Despite time restrictions, all works were completed and handed over with a day to spare. Another project delivered within budget and on time.
